E-commerce Support Staff
Job Summary
The E-commerce Support Staff plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the online pharmacy store. This position handles order processing, customer inquiries, product uploads, and coordination with the pharmacy and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Process online orders, verify product availability, and coordinate with the physical store or warehouse for fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Update and maintain product listings (pricing, photos, descriptions, stock levels) on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor order status, returns, and delivery issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with riders, couriers, or third-party delivery services for dispatch and tracking.
- Assist in implementing online promotions, flash sales, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare basic sales reports and assist in monitoring daily performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the pharmacist and inventory staff to ensure accuracy of online product information and stock.
Qualifications
- College graduate or at least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service.
- Familiar with online store platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy products or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with multitasking tools (Google Sheets, chat apps, etc.).
